The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city, making it easily accessible to all attractions. The hotel owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including providing a dedicated Wi-Fi router in our room for perfect internet speed. The facility was brand new and the furniture, bath towels, linens, and pillows were all of good quality. The breakfast served was delicious and the pick-up/drop-off service offered was convenient and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the owner's prompt response to our request for a room with a private bathroom. the hotel provided excellent amenities and catered to our needs.
We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints.

I had tastefully decorated, unique room with a terrace and beautiful views, for instance. A shower, hair dryers, and robes was a plus. The location turned out to be peaceful and comfortable, short walk to Mtsvanekvavila church, a nice area, and the surrounding Bagrati cathedral and Mtsvanekvavila church.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the central square and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast choices.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Kutaissi, I had the pleasure of experiencing the most stunning view from my room's balcony. The picturesque panorama of the city was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay even more memorable. Additionally, the owner of the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating me to delicious homemade wine. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the city center, and the breakfast provided was top-notch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a slightly small room and occasional problems with the door lock, my overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect view, outstanding treatment, and overall warm and friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast was a nice surprise with plenty of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the historic center and had lovely views of the city. I really enjoyed the big balcony on the rooftop, where I could sit and relax while admiring the cityscape.
The room I booked didn't match the picture shown on the website. The communication with the staff was a challenge since they couldn't speak English well.

The rooms at Hotel Balcony are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like a home away from home! I loved the flat-screen TV and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was also a nice touch, with a shower and free toiletries for added convenience. it made my stay incredibly enjoyable as a traveler who values comfort and relaxation.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathrobes provided in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still find it a nice touch.
